Co-Founder & CEO
Rev. Chiabi Martin Sam is an ordained pastor and public servant with over ten years of hands-on NGO experience in participatory planning, humanitarian response, peacebuilding, youth empowerment, monitoring and evaluation, and project management. He is the founding president of Grace Bible School of Missions Bamenda and President of Cameroon Young Ministers Fellowship.
National Coordinator
A trained pastor with the Cameroon Baptist Convention, former church pastor in Menchum Division, humanitarian worker with Humanitarian Action Cameroon, and currently a cultural instructor and Braille expert with World Team Organization.
Watch Officer
A trained teacher, surveyor, and senior engineer in mining and petroleum. He has successfully executed multiple large-scale humanitarian and climate change projects in partnership with IRC, LUFMEK, UNO, and state institutions across Cameroon.
Human Resource Manager
PhD holder in Human Resource Management, university lecturer, international HR Generalist, published scholar, and Country President of Eudoxia Research Center Cameroon.
Resource Mobilization
Seasoned NGO professional specializing in fundraising, grant writing, partnerships, SDG programs, and capacity building at national and international levels.
Projects & Grants
Project manager and organizational development consultant with expertise in WASH, humanitarian access, CSO resource mobilization, and project leadership.

Communications and Public Relations Officer responsible for internal and external communications, publications, storytelling, and strengthening GRACARO’s public visibility.
