Mr Modest visit to the organization was seen as a blessing to the staff as they were able to see where they are lagging behind and devise means and strategies which improvement could be done.<\/p>\n<p>According to the consultant, the organization has a nonfunctional board. He proposes that, the boss should be actively involved in strategic decision making and regular meetings should be held, there as well need to be clarity on what each staff is expected to do in the organization. That is, prepare clear reporting lines and job descriptions established for all staff and publishing annual financial reports at the end of every year and do the filling online and a template of track records well documented.<\/p>\n<p>To him, when policies are not well used, it will lead to risks in the organization. He proposes that, training sessions should be organized to ensure the staff understand the policies put in place and those that need to be updated. \u00a0updated.<\/p>\n<p>Each staff was now conscious of what they are expected to do to move the organization forward. They were all given tasks and deadlines to follow.
