Organizing a workshop for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) requires careful planning and execution to ensure a productive and meaningful event. Whether the goal is to facilitate knowledge sharing, foster collaboration, or address critical issues, a well-planned meeting sets the foundation for success.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the various committees to be involved in the workshop proper were discussed such as; Mc, Sound Engineer, Ushers, Photographer, Media, socials, etc.. It is believed that if all those assigned on the various responsibilities take it seriously, the workshop is going to be a success. Badges would also be printed for all participants with their pictures inclusive and attestations given at the end of the workshop as discussed.<\/p>\n

Organizations Strategizing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A check list registration was also suggested during the meeting. This is to ensure that, there should be a data base and records of the total number of persons that have registered from the beginning till the end of the workshop. Organizations present for the planning meeting were: GRACARO, FACIA, STRESSORS, VILICIG, and ZIMIFARM CIG to ensure that the workshop goes on successfully. A well-executed CSO workshop has the potential to strengthen the CSO sector, foster meaningful connections, and drive positive change within the community.<\/p>\n
