GRACARO, as a humanitarian, non-governmental organisation in Cameroon created under Law No 90/053 of 19th December, 1990 on the Freedom of Associations in Cameroon, operates on and is committed to the Core Humanitarian Principles of Humanity, Neutrality, Impartiality, Independence and others in all its activities.
GRACARO initiates and promotes programs aimed at addressing the social, moral, socio-economic needs of these persons and communities, help delinquent youths correct their offending behaviours and rehabilitate them to their society. Our actions are inspired and directed to bring hope to the hopeless

Carry out activities to reduce illiteracy among young persons and the youths, through the use of inclusive approaches.
Promote access to quality healthcare for vulnerable persons in the areas of health promotion and strengthening of health systems.
Enhance the strengthening of health systems through the provision of basic health
Provide education and materials to women and girls to improve access to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and promote awareness on Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
